WITHDRAWAL SCHOOL POLICIES:
Notice Period:
• A notice period is required for withdrawing a student from Uluwatu School. This period is one term (or three months) before the planned departure.
• If the withdrawal is not notified within the required time, there may be additional fees (e.g., a term’s fees will still be due).
Financial Considerations:
• Uluwatu School will require the full payment for the upcoming term if the student withdraws without proper notice.
Outstanding Fees:
• Any outstanding fees (tuition, extracurriculars, facilities use, etc.) must be settled before the student’s records are released.
Additional Fees:
• Uluwatu School may charge additional fees for administration or withdrawal processing.
Exceptions & Special Cases:
• If a student is forced to leave due to unforeseen circumstances (such as family health issues, immediate family emergencies, etc.), the school might consider waiving certain fees or allowing for a reduced notice period. These cases are often evaluated on an individual basis.
Process for Withdrawing:
• Parents or guardians should formally notify the school in writing, specifying the withdrawal date. It’s also recommended to have a discussion with the administration or head of the school to ensure the process is smooth and that any requirements (e.g., exit interviews or records requests) are fulfilled.
REFUND POLICIES:
• Enrollment fees: non-refundable.
Tuition Fees:
• Term or Semester Payments: Tuition fees paid per term or semester are non-refundable.
• Annual Payments: If tuition is paid annually, refunds may be issued for full terms not
attended, up to a maximum of two terms.
Capital and Materials/Resources Levies:
• These fees are non-refundable.
TUITION BILLING CYCLE
Uluwatu School offers flexible tuition payment schedules to accommodate families’ financial planning. The payment options and corresponding due dates are as follows:
