Terms & Conditions for Uluwatu School

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling a Student at Uluwatu School or accessing the School’s services/facilities, you (the Parent/Guardian) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (Terms), the Privacy Policy, and all applicable School policies (e.g., Disciplinary Policy, Fees Policy).

2. Enrollment and Admission

  • Application: An application for admission does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance is subject to space availability, Student assessment/interview, and the School’s final discretion.
  • Documentation: You warrant that all information and documents provided during the application process are truthful and accurate. The School reserves the right to withdraw any offer of admission if data inaccuracies are discovered.

3. Financial Obligations (School Fees)

  • Fee Structure: School Fees (including Registration Fee, Development Fee, and Tuition Fee) are set in [State Currency, e.g., IDR/USD] and are subject to annual review by the School.
  • Payment: All fees must be paid promptly according to the payment schedule issued by the School. Delayed payment may result in penalties or the temporary suspension of the Student’s access to classes.

  • Suspension/Expulsion: The School reserves the right to suspend or expel a Student for serious breaches of School rules or if the conduct of the Student or Parent is deemed detrimental to the learning environment or the School’s reputation.

6. Consents and Permissions

  • Publicity: Unless you provide written refusal, you grant permission to the School to use the Student’s photos, videos, or work in School marketing materials, website, and social media, solely for the purpose of promoting School activities and achievements.
  • Emergency Health: You authorize the School to seek emergency medical treatment for the Student, including hospitalization, should the Parent/Guardian not be reachable immediately.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of [State the City/Region where the School is Located, e.g., Denpasar].
